Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Helsinki has awarded a contract for an electronic signature system delivered as a SaaS service. The system must enable reliable and intact electronic signing of authority documents, at least at AES (advanced electronic signature) level, scale with changes in usage and load, meet the city's accessibility requirements and the requirements of the Information Management Act, and be secure enough for confidential and special personal data. Users include all city departments, enterprises and agencies, their employees, residents and external partners. It does not replace the city's existing signature systems and no transaction volumes are committed. twoday Oy won the contract for EUR 540,000, awarded on 2025-12-17, which is 64% below the estimated value of EUR 1,500,000.

Description

Kaupungilla on jo käytössään muita sähköisen allekirjoittamisen järjestelmiä.
