Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry in Jena, Germany, is procuring technical planning services for mechanical and electrical building systems for an extension of its institute building. The project includes demolishing the old greenhouse, building an extension with office, special and laboratory areas, constructing a new greenhouse with a technical centre on the 'house-in-house' principle, and related modification works to the existing building, technical infrastructure and underground supply and disposal lines. Estimated construction costs are around 7.5 million euro net for KG 300 and 400, with total building costs of about 12.5 million euro net.
