Description

Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung sind Ingenieurleistungen aus dem Bereich HKLS-Technik für technische Außenstellen der Generalverwaltung der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft. Die Der Vertrag wird als Rahmenvereinbarung gem. § 21 VgV geschlossen. Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Der Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens umfasst die als sogenannte „Technische Außenstelle” zu erbringenden Ingenieurleistungen aus dem Bereich der HKLS-Technik im Rahmen der laufenden Bauunterhaltung, Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und Anlagen nach Maßgabe des mit diesem Teilnahmeantrag bereit gestellten Vertragsentwurfs. Die Vertragsleistungen orientieren sich dabei an §§ 53-56 HOAI. Die Technische Außenstelle unterstützt die Max-Planck-Gesellschaft bei der Bauunterhaltung ihrer Gebäude. Die Bauunterhaltung erfolgt nach den Richtlinien der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft für die Bauunterhaltung. Ausserdem beabsichtigt Auftraggeber während der Laufzeit der Rahmenverinbarung auch Planungsleistungen für Baumaßnahmen an den Auftragnehmer zu vergeben. Die Leistungen werden in der Regel bei laufendem Betrieb durchgeführt. Bei der Leistungserbringung sind nicht nur die speziellen Anforderungen der hochinstallierten Gebäude und die entsprechenden technischen Anlagen, sondern auch die in der Forschung und Wissenschaft üblichen Arbeitsabläufe zu berücksichtigen. Insoweit legt die Max-Planck-Gesellschaft bei diesem Vergabeverfahren nicht nur Wert darauf, dass die Bewerber profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich Wissenschaft und Forschung nachweisen können, sondern ebenso über Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen während des laufenden Betriebs verfügen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen müssen mindestens den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik entsprechen und allen erforderlichen Ansprüchen der Wirtschaftlichkeit, Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit genügen. Die Bewerber erklären mit Abgabe des Teilnahmeantrages, dass sie in der Lage sind, die Leistungen innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitraums zu erbringen und insbesondere, dass sie über die hierfür notwendigen fachlichen, personellen, sachlichen und zeitlichen Mittel verfügen. Die besonderen Anforderungen an die Leistungserbringung können es erforderlich machen, häufig/kurzfristig auf Anforderung des Auftraggebers zu Abstimmungsgesprächen vor Ort zur Verfügung zu stehen Gesamtlaufzeit: 36 Monate, Beginn: 01.01.2026, Ende: 31.12.2028
