Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Institute for Geoanthropology in Jena is procuring architect and interior design services for the comprehensive general refurbishment of two former clinic buildings, both four storeys with a partly lit basement and an undeveloped gable storey, which are protected as listed monuments. The former urology clinic at Lessingstrasse 1 has a listed section from 1914 and an extension from 1991, while the former ENT clinic at Lessingstrasse 2 dates from 1928; the buildings and garden are listed, requiring close coordination with heritage authorities. The refurbished institute building will contain offices, seminar rooms, a shared laboratory pool, laboratory storage, server rooms and a Decision Theatre. Services cover design stages 1 to 9 under HOAI plus special services, BIM coordination and overall BIM coordination using Open BIM.
