The Aperlena Verdict

Open race

No supplier dominates: 31 different companies have won the last 36 comparable contracts from this buyer over 5 years. This is a genuinely open race.

Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society in Berlin-Dahlem plans to convert and extend Building T into a laboratory building. The buyer is seeking technical planning services for mechanical and electrical building systems (HVAC). The project includes partially demolishing office cubes and the central hall, inserting a new extension with laboratories, hazardous materials storage and central technical areas on three floors, including an AI-controlled automated laboratory and wet chemistry laboratories. The net usable floor area will be about 1,400 square metres.
