Description

Südharz Klinikum - Planung technische Ausrüstung zum Vorhaben Rekonstruktion und Funktionserhalt der internistischen Intensivstation a) Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung in den Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3, 6 und 8 (KG 410 bis 460 und KG 480) in Bezug auf die Bauabschnitte 2 bis 5. Die entsprechende Fachplanung für den 1. Bauabschnitt ist demgegenüber - wie bereits ausgeführt - nicht Gegenstand dieser Vergabe. Die Elektrofachplanung (Anlagengruppen 4 und 5, KG 440 und 450) wird ebenfalls bezogen auf alle Bauabschnitte 1 bis 5 gesondert vergeben werden. Die Anlagengruppe 7 wird von der Vergabestelle selbst ausgeführt werden. Bei allen einschlägigen Anlagengruppen werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 9 gemäß Anlage 15 der HOAI 2021 vergeben. Bei der Anlagengruppe 1 wird zusätzlich die Leistungsphase 4 gemäß Anlage 15 der HOAI 2021 beauftragt. b) Es werden zudem folgende Besondere Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung vergeben: - Auswahl und Vervollständigung der notwendigen Formblätter nach dem Vergabehandbuch (Pauschalhonorar - Leistungsphase 7 / Leistungsstufe 3), - Überwachung der Mangelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar - Leistungsphase 9 / Leistungsstufe 3) c) Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs und der Honorarparameter auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. d) Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die gesamte Technische Ausrüstung ist Dezember 2026 bis Juli 2035 (unter zusätzlicher Einbeziehung der Leistungsphase 9 [= 4 Jahre]. f) Die Objektplanung und die weiteren Fachplanungen, darunter die Elektrofachplanung mit den Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 werden separat vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen sind zulässig.
