DRK Kliniken Berlin is expanding its oncological and cross-sectoral campus in Berlin-Koepenick due to population growth of almost ten percent by 2030. In the listed Building 10, a new Training Centre for Health and Care will create 165 additional places in general nursing training, combining theory and practice with modern facilities including a skills lab. The works involve conversion and heritage-compliant renovation of the lower and upper ground floor, around 970 square metres gross floor area, with an approved gross budget of approximately 4.92 million euros. The procurement covers technical building services for system groups 1, 2, 3 and 8, planning phases 3 to 9 under HOAI, plus demolition measures under KGR 494 and wastewater systems in outdoor facilities under KGR 551. Works must proceed within the heritage-protected area while adjacent hospital operations continue.
