Generalplanungsleistungen Umbau Mehrzwecksaal und Errichtung Empfangshalle auf dem Brockenplateau; Objekt- und Fachplanungsleistungen LPH 3-8 HOAI Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Generalplanungsleistungen für den Umbau des Mehrzwecksaales und die Errichtung einer Empfangshalle auf dem Brockenplateau einschließlich sämtlicher für die Umsetzung erforderlicher Objekt- und Fachplanungsleistungen, LPH 3- 8 HOAI, Förderprogramm "GRW" Die Maßnahmen stehen grundsätzlich unter der Maßgabe, eine hohe touristische Attraktivität zur Verbesserung der regionalen Wirtschaftsstruktur sowie Umweltverträglichkeit, Energie- und Ressourceneffizienz (Nachhaltigkeit) nach den Prinzipien des Landkreises Harz zu gewährleisten. Sie müssen nach den betreffenden, insbesondere bautechnischen und bauordnungsrechtlichen Richtlinien und Vorschriften erfolgen.
