Das Jobcenter Köln sichert den Lebensunterhalt von rund 120.000 Menschen auf Grundlage des zweiten Sozialgesetzbuches (SGB II). Wir unterstützen Leistungsberechtigte bei der beruflichen Orientierung und schaffen Perspektiven, begleiten und beraten auf dem Weg in Ausbildung und Arbeit. Unsere circa 1.600 Mitarbeitenden bieten unter anderem gezielte Angebote für junge Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderung oder Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund an. Das Jobcenter Köln wird in 2027 mit derzeit insg. 8 Geschäftsbereichen plus einen zentralen Bereich an zwei Standorten in 2 Standorte jeweils links- und rechtsrheinisch umziehen. Das Jobcenter Köln plant im 2. und 3. Quartal 2027 eine Auslagerung der beiden Papieraktenarchive an folgenden zwei Standorten: I. Galerie Wiener Platz, Wiener Platz 3, 51065 Köln (Räumungstermin: 31.05.2027) sowie II. Pohligstraße 3, 50969 Köln (Räumungstermin: 31.10.2027). Es wird hierzu ein qualifizierter Dienstleister für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der physischen Übernahme der Archiveinheiten sowie für den weiteren Betriebsleistungen des Archivs gesucht. Der Auftragsgegenstand setzt sich aus 6 Teilbereichen zusammen: 1. Transport/Umzug: Übernahme und Transport der Archiveinheiten, sowie Erfassung und Ersteinlagerung im Archiv des Dienstleisters - siehe zu den Terminen für die Erstübernahme Ziffer 7.1.12. der Leistungsbeschreibung (Vergabeunterlage C- Leistungsbeschreibung Aktenhaltung); 2. Lagerung: Aufbewahrung der Archiveinheiten und Datenverwaltung; 3. Laufender Zugriff: Bereitstellung von Archivgut nach Anforderung und Rücklagerung; 4. Laufende Übernahme: Übernahme von neuen Archiveinheiten durch den Dienstleister; 5. Vernichtung: nach Beendigung der Aufbewahrungsfrist oder auf gesonderte Aussonderung hin; 6. Abgabe zum Vertragsende: Bereitstellung und Ausbuchung der Archiveinheiten nach Ende der Vertragslaufzeit Der genaue Leistungs- und Auftragsinhalt ergibt sich nur aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung (Vergabeunterlage C) und den Vertragsunterlagen (Vergabeunterlagen D).
