Es soll die Umrüstung von ca. 1.375.000 Buchmedien an zwei Bibliotheksstandorten auf dem Campus der Universität Trier durchgeführt werden. Ort der Leistungserbringung Die Umrüstung erfolgt beim Auftraggeber an zwei Standorten in Trier (Details vgl. Leistungsbeschreibung). Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Örtlichkeiten vor der Angebotsabgabe zu besichtigen. Sofern Sie davon Gebrauch machen möchten, richten Sie bitte eine entsprechende Anfrage über das Vergabeportal/Kommunikation, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Konzept Folgende inhaltliche Themenpunkte sollten sich im Konzept wiederfinden: Darlegung der vorgesehenen Herangehensweise für die angebotene Dienstleistung. Aus der Beschreibung (zur späteren Abstimmung der Termine und der technischen Ressourcen) müssen auch mindestens folgende Angaben hervorgehen: Teamstärke, Anzahl der Teams, Gesamtzahl der Personen, vorgesehene Arbeitszeiten und Erläuterungen zur Gestaltung der Vertretung im Urlaubs- oder Krankheitsfall. Vorhandene Infrastruktur zur Bewältigung der Aufgabe. Insbesondere muss daraus hervorgehen, wie der Anbieter auf eine Konvertierung auf Basis der UHF-Technologie vorbereitet ist. Darüber hinaus soll erkennbar sein, dass die eingesetzte Infrastruktur den baulichen Gegebenheiten der Universitätsbibliothek für die Konvertierungsarbeiten gerecht wird. Hierzu gehört auch, dass ein Arbeiten zumindest teilweise ohne Internetanbindung möglich sein muss. Zudem muss das eingesetzte Personal für die Bedienung der Software sowie für Abstimmungen und Rückfragen bei dem Personal des Auftraggebers in der Lage sein, in deutscher Sprache zu kommunizieren. Mit der Angebotsabgabe sichert der Bieter diese Anforderung per Eigenerklärung zu.
