Summary

Machine-generated summary

VLAM - ornamental horticulture is procuring the development and rollout of a new B2C campaign for flowers and plants in Flanders, Belgium. The goal is to reverse declining spending on ornamental products, boost activation and purchase frequency among Flemish consumers aged 25 to 64, remove doubts about choice and care, and make flowers and plants more relevant in daily life. The contract covers campaign concept development, creative execution, content translation, activation, distribution and promotion, and where relevant integration of local origin (Groen Van Bij Ons). It is separate from VLAM's framework agreement for agri-food campaigns.
