Description

PHASE DE SÉLECTION : Ce marché porte sur la préparation, l'élaboration, la planification et la mise en œuvre d'une campagne qui s'inscrit dans la continuité de la campagne « Parlons-en ». Cette campagne a pour objectif de briser le tabou entourant la santé mentale (à savoir que les soins psychologiques ne sont pas réservés aux personnes souffrant de « graves troubles mentaux » et que les personnes ne doivent pas être amenées à résoudre seules leurs problèmes psychologiques), d’informer sur l’efficacité des séances de groupe et des interventions communautaires, de faire connaître l’offre de soins psychologiques de première ligne remboursés et d’encourager des groupes cibles spécifiques à parler de leurs problèmes psychologiques avec un psychologue clinicien et/ou un orthopédagogue conventionné. Les prescriptions techniques complètes du présent marché seront contenues dans le cahier spécial des charges qui sera transmis aux candidats sélectionnés au terme de la phase de sélection.
