Description

Tilaaja perustaa tällä kilpailutuksella tapahtumarakenteiden, tapahtumapalveluiden, tapahtumien ympäristöympäristöpalveluiden, sähkösuunnittelu- ja urakointipalveluiden sekä vesiasennuspalveluiden avoimen järjestelyn, joka on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä. Tilaajalla on oikeus tehdä osa-alueiden hankintoja myös suorahankintana avoimen järjestelyn ulkopuolelta, mikäli hankinnan hinta on alle 20 000 euroa (alv 0%). Osallistua voi yhteen tai useampaan osaan. OSA-ALUE A. Teltat, katokset, järjestelmärakenteet, lavapinnat- ja katot sekä custom-rakenteet 1. Alumiiniprofiili- ja muut EN 13782:2005 -standardin alaisten telttojen ja katoksien (ml. strech- ja pop-up-malliset) hankinnat. Käytetään esimerkiksi Huvila-teltan lisätelttojen ja Silakkamarkkinoiden telttojen hankintaan. 2. Järjestelmätelineestä (esim. layher) tai muusta järjestelmärakenteesta (esim. Multibeam) kasattujen rakenteiden hankinnat.Käytetään esimerkiksi Huvila-teltan mahdollisen terassin tai muiden tapahtumien muiden rakenteiden hankintaan 3. Esiintymislavoina käytettävien lavapintojen ja -kattojen hankinnat.HUOM! Samaa hankintaa voidaan tehdä myös AV-tekniikan puitesopimuksen kautta 4. Custom-rakenteiden hankinnat Osa-alueen arvo noin 1 200 000 € (alv 0%); Osa-alue B: Kalusteet 1. Yleisötilojen tapahtumakalustuksien hankinnat. Käytetään esimerkiksi Huvila-teltan kalustukseen katsomon tuolit mukaan lukien Osa-alueen arvo on noin 400 000 € (alv 0 %); Osa-alue C1.: Tapahtumien projektijohtopalvelut 1.
