Hankinnan kohteena on valokuvauspalvelut. Palveluissa on kyse erilaisten ja eri laajuisten valokuvakokonaisuuksien yhtenäisestä ja tarkoituksenmukaisesta toteuttamisesta Helsingin kaupungin visuaalista ilmettä ja valokuvaohjeistoa noudattaen. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely seuraaville osa-alueille: • Osa-alue 1: Arkkitehtuuri, rakennettu ympäristö ja maisemakuvaus • Osa-alue 2: Viestintä- ja markkinointikuvat sisältäen tapahtumakuvauksen • Osa-alue 3: Kuvauksen projektikokonaisuudet Helsingin kaupungin viestintä pohjautuu kaupunkistrategiaan ja kaupungin brändikonseptiin.
