Hintergrund und Zielstellung Ausgangssituation: Mit der Einführung des modularisierten Blattes 100 (April 2024, Ausgabe 2025/02) wechselte das Regelwerk von der Richtrezeptur zum Performance-Konzept. Blatt 100 Modul A definiert eine „extrem hohe" Schutzdauer von mindestens 50 Jahren unter Korrosivitätskategorie C5 - über DIN EN ISO 12944 hinausgehend. Problem: Die 50-Jahre-Schutzdauer ist nicht wissenschaftlich begründet (keine Laborprüfungen/Forschung). Sie basiert auf Erfahrungen mit dem alten Regelwerk, erhöhten Prüfanforderungen und Gesamtschichtdicke. Forschungsziel: Verifizierung der Schutzdauerannahme, Ermittlung der Korrelation zwischen Prüfanforderungen und Schutzdauer, Langzeitauslagerung (9 Jahre Phase 1, bis 53 Jahre gesamt).
