Summary

Machine-generated summary

The federal city of Bonn is procuring architecture services for the object planning of buildings and interiors for the listed building at Kaiser-Karl-Ring 40a, which houses the Paul-Martini-School and a municipal daycare centre. The works involve roof and facade renovation: the roof covering is badly damaged and leaking in several places, causing water damage down to lower floors, so single-glazed wooden windows are to be replaced and parts of the clinker brick facade repaired. Services cover basic and, where applicable, special services in service phases 1 to 9 under section 34 HOAI, awarded stage by stage in three steps. Construction proceeds in phases during ongoing operation, with construction site logistics planned early. Preliminary construction costs are around EUR 1.6 million net.
