The DRK Kliniken Berlin are procuring technical building services planning for the conversion of House 10 at their Koepenick site in Berlin, where a listed building will become the new Training Centre for Health and Care. The contract covers design and planning services for technical equipment, plant groups 4 and 5, in service phases 3 to 9 under the HOAI fee structure. The works involve converting and restoring the listed lower and upper ground floors, about 970 square metres of gross floor area, creating 165 additional training places in general nursing care with a skills lab. Planning must proceed on the basis of the approved preliminary planning documents of November 2024, within a gross budget of around 4.92 million euros, and take account of the protected building fabric and the adjacent ongoing hospital operations.
