Erneuerung der Rechenanlage auf der Kläranlage Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, einen Teil der bestehenden Rechenanlage einschließlich des zugehörigen Betriebsgebäudes technisch und baulich umfassend zu ertüchtigen. Die neue Rechenanlage soll für eine garantierte maximale Zulaufmenge von Qmax = 800 l/s ausgelegt werden und den aktuellen Anforderungen an Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene, Energieeffizienz sowie Wartungszugänglichkeit entsprechen. Im Vordergrund stehen eine robuste, wartungsarme Ausführung und die Sicherstellung eines unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs während der Bauphase. Im Zuge der Maßnahme werden die Rechen und Rechengutwaschpressen vollständig ersetzt, die Absauganlage erneuert und die Steuerungs- sowie Elektrokomponenten durch neue, Ex-konforme Systeme ersetzt. Darüber hinaus sind bauliche Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung des Schimmelbefalls sowie zur Verbesserung des Raumklimas im Gebäude vorgesehen. Die bestehende Krananlage ist auf ihre Eignung für die neue Technik zu prüfen und gegebenenfalls unter Berücksichtigung des Korrosionsschutzes zu ertüchtigen.
