Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Bau- und Servicebetrieb (BIBB) in Ibbenbüren acquired the site and buildings at Gravenhorster Straße 240 in January 2024. Its existing administrative building has significant functional, accessibility, energy and technical shortcomings, so the preferred solution is to demolish it and build a new one. The procurement covers project management services for this redesign, aiming at a modern, energy-efficient, sustainable and accessible administrative building with flexible office structures, consideration of alternative site options on the plot, use of possible funding for sustainable construction, and uninterrupted operation of the administration and trades during construction. Storage and workshop buildings are technically sound and are to be only slightly modernised where economically sensible.
