Die bisher auf zwei Standorte verteilte IGS Friesland Süd soll am Standort Kronshausen zusammengeführt werden. Grundlage ist die Machbarkeitsstudie sowie die fortgeschriebene Objektplanung. Die Maßnahme wird im laufenden Schulbetrieb und in mehreren Bauabschnitten umgesetzt. Für die Sekundarstufe I sind sechs naturwissenschaftliche Unterrichtsräume für jeweils 30 Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie eine Lehrkraft und die zentrale Sammlung zu planen. Vorgesehen sind zwei Räume für Biologie, zwei Räume für Chemie und zwei Räume für Physik. Die Klimaziele des Landkreises Friesland sind zu berücksichtigen. Technische Ausrüstung gemäß Teil 4 Fachplanung Abschnitt 2, Anlagengruppe 7 §§ 53 - 56 HOAI 2021 Honorarzone und anrechenbare Kosten gemäß Preisblatt, LPH 1-9 Die nachfolgenden Besonderen Leistungen sind geschuldet und im Preisblatt getrennt nach Beauftragungsstufen anzubieten: 1. Detaillierte Bestands- und Ausstattungsinventur einschließlich Foto-, Zustands- und Sicherheitsbewertung sowie Zuordnung zu Wiederverwendung, Ertüchtigung oder Neubeschaffung. 2. Technisches Raum- und Ausstattungsbuch für die sechs Fachräume sowie die im Planungsprozess festgelegten Sammlungs- und Vorbereitungsbereiche einschließlich Fortschreibung. 3. Strukturierte Nutzerbedarfsplanung mit drei Workshops einschließlich Vorbereitung und Protokollierung: Bedarf und Bestand, Variantenentscheidung sowie Entwurfs- und Ausstattungsfreigabe. 4. Koordination und Dokumentation einer Muster- oder Bemusterungslösung für die medienführende Schüler- und Lehrerarbeitsplatzlösung; die Herstellung des physischen Musters ist Lieferleistung. 5. Planung, produktneutrale Ausschreibung, Vergabemitwirkung, Abnahme und Dokumentation der erforderlichen losen Lehr- und Laborgeräte einschließlich Bestandsanrechnung, Mengen, Mindestqualitäten und gesonderter Kostenausweisung. 6. Mitwirkung an der Bauabschnitts-, Umzugs- und Interimsplanung zur Aufrechterhaltung eines sicheren naturwissenschaftlichen Unterrichts während der Bauzeit. Die Grundleistungen umfassen unabhängig davon die vollständige Fachplanung der Fachräume und Sammlung, der Medienversorgung ohne Deckenmedien, der Digestorien und Sicherheitsausstattung sowie die Koordination mit Objektplanung, HLS, ELT, Brandschutz und Tragwerk. Planunterlagen, Anschluss- und Gerätelisten, Kostenunterlagen nach DIN 276, Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Abnahme- und Bestandsunterlagen sind prüfbar und in den vorgegebenen bearbeitbaren Datenformaten zu übergeben.
