Description

Tapahtumien esitystekniset palvelut (puitejärjestely) Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen korkeakouluyhteisön tapahtumissa tarvittavien esitysteknisten (AV) tukipalveluiden kokonaisuus. Kyseessä on tilaajan oman AV-toiminnan täydentävä tukipalvelu: tapahtumia toteutetaan pääosin tilaajan oman AV-henkilöstön ja kiinteän AV-infrastruktuurin avulla, ja puitejärjestelyä käytetään varmistamaan resurssin ja kaluston riittävyys tilanteissa, joissa oma kapasiteetti ei riitä tai tapahtuman tekniset erityisvaatimukset sitä edellyttävät. Hankinta voi sisältää tapahtumakohtaisesti esitysteknisen kaluston ja siihen liittyvien palveluiden toimittamista, kaluston kuljetuksia, pystytystä ja purkamista, teknistä henkilöstöä (esimerkiksi AV-teknikot ja roudarit), tapahtumakohtaista teknistä suunnittelua ja koordinointia sekä muita tapahtuman toteutukseen liittyviä tukipalveluita tarjouspyynnössä kuvatulla tavalla. Hankinnalla perustetaan puitejärjestely, johon valitaan enintään neljä (4) palveluntuottajaa. Sopimuskauden aikana tilaaja tekee tapahtumakohtaiset tilaukset puitejärjestelyyn valituilta toimittajilta. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvoitetta. Tapahtumat järjestetään pääosin Tampereen alueella, mutta puitejärjestelyä voidaan käyttää myös muualla Suomessa järjestettävissä tapahtumissa. Hankinnan kohdetta, palvelun toteutustapaa sekä puitejärjestelyn tarkempaa toimintamallia (toimittajavalinta ja tilausmenettely) täsmennetään tarjouspyynnön liitteissä sekä tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa sopimusluonnoksessa ja sen liitteissä (erityisesti Palvelukuvaus ja Hintaliite).,
