Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun Pedagogiset ratkaisut ja kulttuuri -osaamisyksikön (PERAKU) markkinointiviestinnän tehtävät 3+1 vuoden sopimusajalle. Kilpailutus on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen, joihin kuhunkin haetaan 1-2 palveluntuottajaa riippuen osa-alueeseen tulleiden tarjousten määrästä ja tilaajan arvioiman valituksi tulleiden palveluntuottajien kapasiteetista. Hankinnan ensisijaisina käyttäjinä ovat Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun Musiikin koulutukset sekä Ammatillinen opettajakorkeakoulu (TAOK). Sopimuksen mukaisia markkinointiviestinnän palveluita voivat kuitenkin tarpeen mukaan hyödyntää myös muut TAMKin osaamisyksiköt. Valittujen toimijoiden tulee hyödyntää Tampereen korkeakouluyhteisön voimassa olevaa brändiohjeistoa, mukaan lukien värit, fontit ja perusilmeet. Alle 5000€ kertahankinnat kohdistetaan pääsääntöisesti osa-alueella ensimmäiselle sijalle valitulle palveluntuottajalle. Yli 5000€ kertahankinnat kilpailutetaan osa-alueelle valittujen palveluntuottajien kesken kevennettyä kilpailutusta käyttäen eli ns. minikilpailutuksella. Mikäli ensisijainen toimittaja ei kykene sitoutumaan tarjoajan määrittämään aikatauluun, valitaan toteuttajaksi osa-alueella toiseksi sijoittunut toimittaja, mikäli toissijainen toimittaja kykenee toimittamaan työn tilaajan määrittämässä ajassa. Tilaaja varaa itselleen oikeuden kilpailuttaa erikseen markkinointi- ja viestintäkokonaisuuksia silloin kun tilaajan harkinnan mukaan erilliskilpailutus on perusteltua., Musiikin koulutusten markkinointiviestintäpalvelut Tehtävä sisältää - TAMK Musiikin tuotannollisen viestinnän tehtävät - Konserttien käsiohjelmien kirjoittaminen ja konserttijulisteet - TAMK Musiikin opiskelijarekrytointiin liittyvän viestinnän tehtävät - TAMK Musiikin suomen- ja englanninkielisten nettisivujen ja Moodlen päivittäminen - TAMK Musiikin sisäisen viestinnän tehtävissä avustaminen - TAMK Musiikin nettisivujen ylläpito ja sisällön tuottaminen - Graafisen suunnittelun tehtävät - Somesisällön tuottamisessa avustaminen - Konserttien ja muiden tapahtumien taltiointi ja niistä viestiminen - Yhteistyö TAMKin markkinointi- ja viestintäyksikön kanssa Tehtävän hoitaminen edellyttää musiikin koulutusten sisällöllistä asiantuntemusta. Tehtävä sisältää myös tekstien sisältöjen laatimisen., TAOK markkinointiviestintäpalvelut Markkinointiviestinnän asiantuntija Tehtävä sisältää - viestintä ja markkinointi sosiaalisen median kanavissa - blogitekstien laatiminen ja julkaisu - blogin toimituskunnan työhön osallistuminen, blogitekstien tarkistaminen ja julkaisu - vuosittaisen hakumarkkinointisuunnitelman tekemiseen osallistuminen yhdessä viestintäpalveluiden kanssa - yhteistyö TAMKin viestintäpalvelujen kanssa - TAOKin hakumarkkinoinnin toteuttamista mm. sosiaalisen median kanavilla - TAMKin uutiskirjeisiin tai muihin vastaaviin kirjoittaminen TAOKin ajankohtaisista asioista - mahdolliset muut markkinointitoimenpiteet Tehtävän hoitaminen edellyttää ammatillisen opettajankoulutuksen ja siihen liittyvän kehittämistyön sisällöllistä asiantuntemusta. Tehtävä sisältää myös tekstien sisältöjen laatimisen.,
