Description

Pyydämme tarjoustanne tietovarastopohjaisen tiedolla johtamisen tukemiseksi. Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakouluun on toteutettu raportointikokonaisuus, jossa hyödynnetään keskitettyä tietovarastoa raporttien pohjana. Tietovarastoon siirretään tietoa niin talouden, opiskelijahallinnon kuin henkilöstöhallinnonkin lähdejärjestelmistä käyttämällä rajapintoja, tiedostosiirtoja sekä osin myös verkkolevyllä käsin ylläpidettyjä tiedostoja. Tietovarastoon siirretty data käsitellään ja siirretään Azure Data Factory-siirtoina tauluihin, joiden pohjalta muodostetaan useita eri tarkoituksiin suunniteltuja tietomalleja, jotka ladataan Power BI serviceen raporteissa käytettäväksi. Tuen tarve tulee olemaan kahtalainen. Toisaalta tarvitsemme yhteistyökumppanin, joka jatkuvasti seuraa tietovaraston toimimintaa ja reagoi mahdollisiin häiriöihin ripeästi. Toisaalta on näköpiirissä, että tietovarastoon lisättäisiin datalähteitä, joten tukea ja osaamista tarvitaan, kun vaadittava työmäärä siltä osin projektoidaan. Valitun toimittajan kanssa solmitaan toistaiseksi voimassa oleva puitesopimus. Sopimuksen irtisanomisehdot on määritelty sopimusluonnoksessa. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut muodostavat yhden teknisen ja toiminnallisen kokonaisuuden, jonka toteuttaminen edellyttää yhtenäistä vastuunjakoa ja saumatonta yhteistyötä. Markkinavuoropuhelun perusteella markkinoilla on riittävästi tarjoajia, jotka kykenevät toteuttamaan koko kokonaisuuden, joten osiin jakamatta jättäminen ei rajoita kilpailua.
