Description

Hankinnan tavoitteena on hankkia Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulun tarvitsemat digi- ja offsetpainopalvelut. Hankinta kattaa monipuolisesti Jamkin tarvitsemia painotuotteita ja näkyvyysratkaisuja. Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi sähköinen tilausjärjestelmä tai verkkokaupparatkaisu, jonka kautta tilaaja voi tilata varastotuotteita, on-demand-painotuotteita ja järjestelmässä muokattavia painotuotteita. Digi- ja offsetpainopalveluiden palveluntarjoajan pääyhteistyökumppaneita ovat Jamkin viestintä- ja julkaisupalvelut, jotka suunnittelevat ja toteuttavat Jamkin markkinointia, viestintää ja julkaisutoimintaa. Painopalveluita tilaavat ensisijaisesti Jamkin markkinoinnin ja julkaisupalveluiden asiantuntijat, tuottajat sekä viestintäsuunnittelijat. Lisäksi palveluntarjoajalta tehdään tilauksia Jamkin kolmannen osapuolen rahoittamille hankkeille ja projekteille, jolloin tilauksia tekevät projektipäälliköt ja projektisihteerit. Solmittava sopimus ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta eikä tilaaja myöskään sitoudu tilaamaan kaikkia tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa eriteltyjä palveluita/tuotteita. Tilaaja solmii palvelusta puitesopimuksen kilpailutuksen voittaneen toimittajan kanssa. Sopimuksen pituus on 1.1.2027- 31.12.2028 sekä kahden vuoden optio 1.1.2029- 31.12.2030. Optiokausi alkaa automaattisesti, mikäli kumpikaan osapuoli ei irtisano sopimusta kirjallisesti kolme (3) kuukautta ennen sopimuksen päättymistä. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin, koska digi- ja offsetpainopalvelut, verkkokaupparatkaisu, varastointi ja toimitukset muodostavat yhden toiminnallisen kokonaisuuden. Hankinnan valmistelussa on toteutettu markkinavuoropuheluja, joiden perusteella hankinta on tarkoituksenmukaista kilpailuttaa yhtenä kokonaisuutena.
