Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS) toimitettava älykäs hoidon- ja palvelutarpeen arviointiratkaisu Itä Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen käyttöön. Hankinta kattaa: • älykkään hoidon ja palvelutarpeen arviointia tukevan ohjelmistopalvelun, • ohjelmistopalvelun käyttöönottoa koskevan toimitusprojektin, • jatkuvat tuki- ja neuvontapalvelut koko sopimuskauden ajaksi. Ratkaisun tulee soveltua käytettäväksi osana hyvinvointialueen digitaalisia asiointikanavia sekä ammattilaisten työvälineenä monikanavaisessa asioinnissa (mm. verkkopalvelut, chat, puhelinasiointi). Ratkaisu tullaan integroimaan Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueella käytössä olevaan Flowmedikin chat-alustaan. Hankintalain mukaisesti laskettu hankinnan arvonlisäveroton ennakoitu arvo neljälle (4) vuodelle arvioituna on 250 000,00 euroa (€) sisältäen ohjelmistopalvelun käytön, toimitusprojektin, tuki- ja neuvontapalvelut ja asiantuntijapalvelut. Sopimuskausi on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.
