Hankinnan kohteena ovat Loviisan kaupungin alueella suoritettavat sähkökunnossapitotyöt, jotka edellyttävät nostokoriautoa ja sähköasentajaa sekä aputyöntekijää tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Palveluita voidaan tilata myös ilman nostokoriautoa. Tilaaja ei sitoudu sopimuskauden aikana kiinteisiin hankintamääriin, vaan palvelua hankitaan todellista tarvetta vastaavasti. Hankinnassa perustetaan puitejärjestely. Tarjousten valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus ja tarjousten kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteena käytetään halvinta hintaa (halvin vertailuhinta). Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan kolme Toimittajaa, jotka tarjoavat koko palvelukokonaisuuden ja Toimittajat asetetaan etusijajärjestykseen. Valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus (halvin vertailuhinta). Vertailuperusteena käytetään kokonaisvertailuhintaa, jonka laskentaperusteet löytyvät kohdasta 7. Tarjousten kokonaistaloudellinen vertailu. Palvelua tilataan vain Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan, ja työt ovat ympärivuotisia. Sopimuskauden arvioitu aloitusajankohta on 6.7.2026. Varsinainen sopimuskausi on 3 vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta ja hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi yksi (1) vuoden mittainen optiokausi.
