Description

Puro Tekstiilihuoltopalvelut Oy kilpailuttaa työajanseuranta-, työvuorosuunnittelu-, HR- ja palkanlaskentajärjestelmän lisäpalveluineen. Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Pilvi-/SaaS-pohjaiset ohjelmistot, jotka sisältävät seuraavat kokonaisuudet: o Työajanseuranta-, työvuorosuunnittelu-, HR- ja palkanlaskentajärjestelmä • Työajanseurannan leimauslaitteet (osto tai vuokra) Sovellettavat työehtosopimukset ovat yksityinen tekstiilihuoltoalan työehtosopimus (Tekstiilihuoltoliitto ylläpitää). Toimihenkilöiden ja ylempien toimihenkilöiden osalta sovelletaan kemianalan toimihenkilösopimusta (myös Tekstiilihuoltoliiton työnantajat). Pääkäyttäjiä on noin 6 ja esihenkilöitä on noin 35. Henkilökuntaan kuuluvat n. 350 henkilöä tulevat käyttämään järjestelmää. Henkilöstömäärä vaihtelee kuukausittain. Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei niitä ole erikseen pyydetty. Tilaaja päättää mahdollisen option käytöstä. Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankittavien palveluiden määräaikainen sopimuskausi on neljä (4) vuotta, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia 1397/2016. Menettelytapana on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely.
