Description

Hankinnan kohteena on infra- ja yhdyskuntatekniikan suunnitteluohjelmiston ja infrahankkeiden kustannuslaskentaohjelmiston hankinta Lappeenrannan kaupungille kadut ja ympäristö -toimialalle. Suunnitteluohjelmiston tulee sisältää suunnittelutyökalut vähintään teiden, siltojen, vesihuollon ja maisema- ja aluesuunnittelun toteuttamiseksi. Suunnitteluohjelmistolla tulee voida toteuttaa liikenteellisten tarpeiden erikoissuunnittelua. Vähintään on pystyttävä tekemään ajourien tarkastuksia eri ajoneuvoluokkien osalta sekä laatimaan yksityiskohtaisia liikenteenohjauksellisia suunnitelmia määräluetteloineen. Trimble Locus Cloud-ohjelmistosta saatavien tiedostojen tulee olla yhteensopivia suunnitteluohjelmiston kanssa. Lappeenrannan kaupunki käyttää Trimble Locus Cloud-ohjelmistoa muun muassa mittaustietojen, kartta- ja ilmakuvien käsittelyyn ja hallinnointiin. Suunnitteluohjelmistosta saatavien tiedostojen tulee olla yhteensopivia Lappeenrannan kaupungilla käytössä olevan Trimble Locus Cloud-ohjelmiston kanssa. Kustannuslaskentaohjelmistolla voi tehdä tarkat kustannusarviot vähintään tie-, rata- ja vesiväylähankkeille sekä katu- ja kunnallistekniikan hankkeille kaikissa suunnitteluvaiheissa (hankeosa ja rakennusosa). Kustannusten laskennassa käytettävän nimikkeistön sekä lukuarvojen (metrinen järjestelmä) tulee olla yhteensopivia suoraan suunnitteluohjelmiston nimikkeistön (InfraBIM-nimikkeistö) ja lukuarvojen kanssa. Kustannuslaskentaohjelmiston tulee lisäksi sisältää päästölaskennan työkalut infrahankkeiden hiilijalanjäljen laskemiseksi. Sopimustoimittajaksi valitaan enintään yksi (1) toimittaja/osa-alue. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden on tarkoitus alkaa 1.10.2026 ja päättyä 30.9.2028. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden kesto on 24 kk, jonka jälkeen sopimuskausi jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan kohteena on suunnitteluohjelmistokokonaisuus, joka mahdollistaa tietomallipohjaisen suunnittelun infra- ja yhdyskuntateknisellä suunnittelualalla. Suunnitteluohjelmiston tulee sisältää suunnittelutyökalut vähintään teiden, siltojen, vesihuollon ja maisema- ja aluesuunnittelun toteuttamiseksi. Suunnitteluohjelmistolla tulee voida toteuttaa liikenteellisten tarpeiden erikoissuunnittelua.
