Liikennevalojärjestelmän hankinta Lappeenrannan kaupungille Hankinnan kohteena on liikennevalojärjestelmän hankinta Lappeenrannan kaupungille tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Toimittaja toimittaa käyttöönottoprojektissa liikennevalojen keskusjärjestelmän (järjestelmä) kaikkine laitteineen, ohjelmistoineen ja toimenpiteineen ja liittää järjestelmään määritetyt ohjauskojeet tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Toimittaja toimittaa järjestelmän kokonaisvaltaisena SaaS -palveluna, johon sisältyvät mm. kaikki järjestelmän käyttämiseksi, ylläpitämiseksi ja operoimiseksi tarvittavat laitteet, valmisohjelmistot, varusohjelmistot, lisenssit ja käyttöoikeudet. Hankinta sisältää tukipalvelut ja kehitystyön, konversiot, koulutukset sekä järjestelmän ylläpidon. Hankittavan järjestelmän tulee pitää sisällään tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä kuvatut ominaisuudet. Sopimustoimittajaksi valitaan yksi (1) vertailussa eniten pisteitä saanut tarjoaja. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen sopimuskausi jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Varsinainen sopimuskausi on 24kk. Sopimuskauden on tarkoitus alkaa mahdollisimman pian hankintapäätöksen saatua lainvoiman.,
