Ruokapalveluiden omavalvontajärjestelmä (HACCP) Hankinnan kohteena on omavalvontajärjestelmä, joka on ammattikeittiön automaattiseen tiedonsiirtoon ja pilvipalveluun perustuva mittaus-, tiedonsiirto-, valvonta- ja raportointijärjestelmä, toiminnan laadunvarmistusta varten. Omavalvontajärjestelmää ollaan hankkimassa yhteensä 18 keittiöön. Näistä yhdeksän on valmistuskeittiöitä, kahdeksan palvelukeittiötä sekä yksi leipomo. Ruokapalveluiden omavalvontajärjestelmä on elintarviketurvallisuuden, riskienhallinnan ja puhtaudenhallinnan keskeinen työväline, joka tukee toiminnan lakisääteistä omavalvontaa, omavalvonnan dokumentointia ja reaaliaikaista seurantaa. Järjestelmä mahdollistaa ruokapalveluissa tehtävät lämpötilamittaukset sekä pintapuhtausmittaukset, niiden tulosten automaattisen tallentamisen, dokumentoinnin ja raportoinnin. Keittiöt, joihin järjestelmä hankitaan: Valmistuskeittiöt - Etelä-Karjalan keskussairaala - Lappeen keittiö - Kimpisen keittiö - Lauritsalan keittiö - Kesämäen keittiö - Armilan sairaalan keittiö - Joutsenon keittiö - Joutsenon koulun keittiö - Savitaipaleen keskuskeittiö Leipomo - Willipulla Palvelukeittiöt - Asiakaspalveluyksikkö Etelä-Karjalan keskussairaalalla - Kosken koulu - Mansikkalan koulu - Lönnrotin koulu - Sammontalo - Savitaipaleen koulukeskuksen keittiö - Vuoksenniskan uusi koulu - Vuoksenniskan vanha koulu Ruokapalveluiden omavalvontajärjestelmä hankitaan kokonaishankintana, johon sisältyy omavalvontaan tarvittavat laitteet tarjouspyynnön liitteen 1 mukaisesti (pl. luminometrit) sekä varsinainen omavalvontajärjestelmä. Hankinta koostuu käyttöönottoprojektista ja jatkuvasta palvelusta/ ylläpidosta. Hankinta ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta, vaan palvelua ja laitteita hankitaan tarpeen mukaan ja määrärahojen puitteissa. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 1 on omavalvontajärjestelmän palvelu- ja ylläpidon hintatarjousliite, joka tarjoajan tulee täyttää keltaisten solujen osalta. Samoin liitteeseen 2 tulee tarjoajan eritellä ja täyttää palvelu-ja ylläpitohintaan sisältyvät laitteet ja niiden €/kk (alv 0%) hinnat. Sopimuskauden on tavoitteena alkaa 1.1.2027 ja kestää 31.12.2029 asti. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, ellei tilaaja toisin ilmoita neuvotteluissa ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden loppua.,
