Description

Espoon kaupunki ja Espoon Asunnot Oy (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia viestintä- ja markkinointipalveluista. Hankinnan kohteena ovat viestintä- ja markkinointipalvelut eli viestinnän ja markkinoinnin suunnittelu, toteuttaminen ja seuranta, kampanjan hallinta, graafinen suunnittelu ja taittopalvelut. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen: 1. Viestintäpalvelut - strateginen suunnittelu, konsultointi, toteutus ja tuotanto. 2. Markkinointipalvelut - markkinointipalveluiden tuottaminen 3. Mediatoimistopalvelut Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo ilman arvonlisäveroa 2 220 000 € (alv. 0 %). Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely osa-alueen Toimittajiksi valittujen kanssa. Osa-alueella 1 on enintään neljä (4) Toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja. Osa-alueella 2 on enintään kahdeksan (8) Toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja . Osa-alueella 3 on enintään kaksi (2) Toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen ja voimassa 31.10.2030 saakka. Hankinnan tavoitteena on löytää yhteistyökumppaneita viestintäpalveluiden kehittämiseen, suunnittelemiseen, toteuttamiseen, seurantaan ja konsultointiin. Espoon kaupungin ennakoituarvo osa-alueella on 450 000 €, Espoon Asunnot Oy:n ennakoituarvo on 40 000 €. Osa-alueella valitaan neljä (4) toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja.; Hankinnan kohteena on markkinointipalvelujen tuottaminen Tilaajalle. Markkinointi-, taitto- ja graafisia palveluja käytetään monipuolisesti Tilaajan markkinoinnin ja viestinnän suunnittelussa ja toteutuksissa. Espoon ennakoituarvo osa-alueelle mainostoimistot on 1 200 000 €, Espoon Asunnot Oy:n ennakoituarvon on 120 000 €. Osaa-alueelle valitaan kahdeksan (8) toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja.; Hankinnan tarkoituksena on tuottaa Tilaajalle mediatoimiston palvelut: mediasuunnittelu, ostetun median kampanjanhallinta, optimointi ja jatkuva seuranta. Tähän sisältyvät sekä kotimaiset että kansainväliset markkinat. Espoon kaupungin ennakoituarvo osa-alueelle mediatoimistot on 350 000 €, Espoon Asunnot Oy, ennakoituarvo on 60 000€. Osa-alueella valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa ja yksi (1) varatoimittaja.
