Espoon kaupunki ja Espoon Asunnot Oy (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia rakennushankkeiden kustannussuunnittelupalveluista. Kustannussuunnittelun asiantuntijapalvelut kattavat kaikki erilaiset rakennustyypit ja -hankkeet, niin uudis- kuin korjausrakentamishankkeet sekä näiden yhdistelmät. Tilaajaa hankkii tämän sopimuksen kautta tarvittaessa myös elinkaarikustannuslaskentaa, määrälaskentaa, herkkyystarkasteluja, kustannusohjausta sekä kustannustavoitteiden toteutumisen seurantaa, kustannusohjatun suunnitteluprosessin läpivientiin liittyviä selvityksiä ja menettelyitä, ilmastoselvityksen laadintaa, hiilijalanjälki- ja hiilikädenjälkilaskentaa sekä muita Tilaajan tarvitsemia kustannusselvityksiä. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan 4 toimittajaa puitejärjestelyyn etusijajärjestyksessä. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".
