Description

Helsingin kaupungin kasvatuksen ja koulutuksen toimiala (jatkossa Tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta toisen asteen oppijoiden ohjauksen ja tuen tunnistamisen palvelusta (jatkossa Palvelu). Helsingin kaupunki on Suomen suurin koulutuksen järjestäjä. Palvelu on tarkoitus ottaa käyttöön Stadin ammattiopistossa ja Helsingin kaupungin lukioissa. Palvelun kohderyhmään kuuluvat ensisijaisesti Stadin ammattiopiston perustutkinto-opiskelijat ja tutkintokoulutukseen valmentavan koulutuksen (TUVA) opiskelijat sekä lukiotutkinnon suorittajat. Stadin ammattiopistossa ja kaupungin eri lukioissa opiskelee yhteensä noin 20 000 ensisijaiseen kohderyhmään kuuluvaa opiskelijaa. Palvelun avulla tunnistetaan opiskelijoiden erilaisia ohjauksen ja tuen tarpeita opintojen eri vaiheissa, tavoitetaan opiskelijoita oikea-aikaisesti sekä ohjataan opiskelijoita tarkoituksenmukaisiin ohjaus- ja tukipalveluihin. Palvelu käyttää ja yhdistää dataa eri datalähteistä (esim. Stadin ammattiopiston ja lukioiden opintohallintojärjestelmä, pilvipalvelut) ohjauksen ja tuen tarpeiden tunnistamiseksi. Ohjauksen ja tuen tarpeet voivat liittyä esimerkiksi opintoihin osallistumiseen, opiskelun etenemiseen, oppimiseen, osallisuuteen tai opiskelukykyyn. Palvelun avulla eri kohderyhmille (esim. oppivelvolliset, työelämässä opiskelijat, opintonsa aloittaneet, valmistuvat) kohdennetaan erilaista ohjausta ja tukea. Ohjaus- ja tukitoimenpide voi sisältää esim. ohjausviestin, yhteydenoton oppilaitoksen ohjaus- ja tukipalveluihin, palveluohjausta tai erilaisia mediasisältöjä. Palvelussa on myös pystyttävä rajaamaan kohderyhmiä ohjaus- ja tukitoimenpiteiden ulkopuolelle. Palveluun on pystyttävä luomaan erilaisia ohjaus- ja tukiviestejä sisältäviä viestipolkuja. Palvelun kautta opiskelijalle lähetettyyn ohjaus- ja tukiviestiin on pystyttävä rakentamaan erilaisia vastausvaihtoehtoja niin, että opiskelijan saama vastausviesti riippuu hänen aiemmista vastauksistaan.
