Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă reînnoirea/reactivarea serviciilor de suport tehnic aferente licențelor Oracle existente și utilizate de Autoritatea pentru Digitalizarea României, pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni de la data activării/reactivării efective a serviciilor de support, în condițiile și cu respectarea cerințelor prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini. Serviciile de suport tehnic solicitate vor asigura Autorității Contractante, pe întreaga perioadă de 24 de luni, accesul la drepturile și beneficiile aferente serviciilor Software Update License & Support aplicabile produselor software Oracle care fac obiectul achiziției, precum și realizarea, prin personal de specialitate, a activităților tehnice necesare pentru instalarea, configurarea, actualizarea, administrarea, monitorizarea, optimizarea și menținerea în condiții corespunzătoare de funcționare a componentelor software Oracle pentru care se asigură suportul, în conformitate cu cerințele prezentului Caiet de sarcini. Pe întreaga perioadă de prestare a serviciilor de suport, ori de câte ori devin disponibile noi versiuni, actualizări, patch-uri, remedieri de securitate sau upgrade-uri aferente componentelor Oracle care fac obiectul Contractului, Contractantul va asigura instalarea și implementarea acestora fără întârziere, cu respectarea condițiilor de compatibilitate și a documentației tehnice aplicabile. Activitățile realizate de personalul de specialitate al Contractantului sunt incluse în serviciile de suport tehnic care fac obiectul Contractului și în prețul ofertat pentru acestea. ADR deține licențe de tip Processor Perpetual, aferente unei configurații de 64 Core x86 (32 de licențe Oracle), pentru care se solicită asigurarea serviciilor de suport tehnic. Detalii complete privind serviciile care fac obiectul achiziției se regăsesc în Caietul de sarcini, parte integrantă a documentației de atribuire. Orice Operator Economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare cu privire la Documentația de atribuire. Numărul de zile înainte de termenul limită pentru depunerea Ofertelor până când Operatorii Economici pot solicita clarificări este de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă prin SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro), după ce Operatorul Economic se va înscrie la procedura de atribuire Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde (prin intermediul răspunsului consolidat) în mod clar și complet la toate Solicitările de clarificări și la toate solicitările de informații suplimentare primite de la Operatorii Economici interesați cel târziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a Ofertelor. Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă reînnoirea/reactivarea și asigurarea, pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni, a serviciilor de suport tehnic aferente licențelor Oracle existente, pentru întreaga configurație de licențiere utilizată de Autoritatea Contractantă. Serviciile de suport tehnic solicitate includ drepturile și beneficiile aferente serviciilor Software Update License & Support aplicabile produselor Oracle licențiate, precum și activitățile de asistență tehnică realizate prin personal de specialitate, necesare pentru instalarea, configurarea, administrarea, actualizarea, aplicarea patch-urilor, realizarea upgrade-urilor, monitorizarea, optimizarea, întreținerea și exploatarea corespunzătoare a produselor software Oracle suportate. Serviciile de suport tehnic se vor asigura pentru următoarea configurație: • Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual - 32; • Oracle Diagnostics Pack - Processor Perpetual - 32; • Oracle Real Application Clusters - Processor Perpetual - 32; • Oracle Multitenant - Processor Perpetual - 32; • Oracle Tuning Pack - Processor Perpetual - 32; • Oracle Partitioning - Processor Perpetual - 32. Achiziția nu presupune achiziționarea unor licențe software noi și nu modifică drepturile de utilizare perpetuă aferente licențelor existente.
