Description

Obiectul acordului cadru îl reprezintă asigurarea funcționării în bune și sigure condiții a sistemului informatic necesar proceselor electorale, prin realizarea mentenanței, suportului, asistenței tehnice, supervizării, securității și actualizării capacității de procesare și vehiculare a datelor acestuia, adaptat la constrângerile tehnice și legislative. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile; Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea Electorală Permanentă - în vederea îndeplinirii obiectivului general trasat de Parlamentul României prin Legea nr. 208/2015 privind alegerea Senatului și a Camerei Deputaților, precum și pentru organizarea și funcționarea Autorității Electorale Permanente, de “a asigura organizarea și desfășurarea alegerilor și a referendumurilor, precum și finanțarea partidelor politice, cu respectarea Constituției, a legii și a standardelor internaționale și europene în materie” - intenționează să obțină, prin achiziția serviciilor de mentenanță și a produselor IT&C, următoarele beneficii: •Menținerea și îmbunătățirea facilităților operaționale ale sistemului informatic necesar în procesele electorale din punct de vedere al performanțelor funcționale și de securitate informatică •Adaptarea continuă a funcționalităților sistemului informatic la tendințele și reglementările normative în domeniul electoral •Asigurarea securității cibernetice și a rezilienței infrastructurii, protejarea bazelor de date și a rețelelor de comunicații împotriva accesului neautorizat
