Acord - cadru de furnizare carburanti (benzina fara plumb si motorina) pentru autovehiculele din dotarea Directiei Generale a Politiei Locale Timisoara. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare nu mai tarziu de 10 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul de solicitare a clarificarilor este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Se vor achizitiona prin Acord - cadru de furnizare carburanti (benzina fara plumb si motorina) pentru autovehiculele din dotarea Directiei Generale a Politiei Locale Timisoara Furnizare carburanti (benzina fara plumb si motorina) pentru autovehiculele din dotarea Directiei Generale a Politiei Locale Timisoara, conform acordului - cadru pe o perioada de 24 luni - 2024-2026. Caracteristicile tehnice si cantitatile sunt descrise în caietul de sarcini. Valorile acordului cadru sunt (val.min./val.max.): 129.500,00 lei fara tva /1603.392,00 lei fara tva, din care:benzina fara plumb - 64.000,00 lei /974.592,00 lei si motorina - 65.500,00 lei/628.800,00 lei; ESTIMARILE DE CANTITATI MINIME SI MAXIME PRECUM SI VALORILE MAXIME CARE AR PUTEA FACE OBIECTUL CELUI MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT DINTRE CELE CARE URMEAZA A FI ATRIBUITE PE DURATA ACORDULUI - CADRU SUNT: - BENZINA FARA PLUMB: 5.000 litri/76.140 litri/ valoare maxima 487.296,00 lei - MOTORINA: 5.000 litri/48.000 litri/valoare maxima 314.400,00 lei. Total valoare maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 801.696,00 lei
