Achizitie combustibil termic lichid conform caietului de sarcini, destinat producerii agentului termic si apei calde menajere, furnizorul avand obligatia asigurarii transportului la sediul autoritatii contractante conform caietului de sarcini. Cantitatea minima estimata care se va achizitiona pana la 31.12.2026 este de 60 tone, val.minima estimata pana la 31.12.2026 este de 432 000 lei fara TVA si reprezinta valoarea prezentei proceduri in functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele. Cantitatea maxima estimata care se va achizitiona pana la 30.04.2027 este de 120 tone, val. max. estimata pana la 30.04.2027 este de 864000 lei fara TVA si contine valoarea posibilelor suplimentari, conf.art.165 din H.G. 395/2016. Dreptul autoritatii contractante de a opta pentru suplimentarea cantitatilor de produse este conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este 19. AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi de la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
