Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de Necesitate si Oportunitate nr. 8283/30.04.2026 referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, din cadrul Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Cerințele tehnice sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr. 8285/30.04.2026 întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, al Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova. În vederea susținerii procesului de producție, Societatea Electrocentrale Craiova SA are în dotare utilaje, autovehicule si locomotive care impun desfășurarea a numeroase activități auxiliare. Motorina se folosește drept combustibil pentru buldozere, autoturisme, autoutilitare, tanchete si tractoare din dotarea S.E Craiova SA. Totodata mmentionam faptul ca, motorina este necesara pentru functionarea locomotivelor Diesel 2100 utilizate in activitatea de manevra feroviara a navetelor destinate transportului de carbune. Este necesară continuitatea în aprovizionare a livrării produsului motorină DIESEL B7 în vederea asigurării combustibilului pentru utilajele si autovehiculele din dotarea S.E. Craiova SA Livrarea produsului se va face esalonat, pe parcurrsul derularii contractului, in functie de comenzile beneficiarului.
