Obiectul contractului este de stricta necesitate pentru desfasurarea activitatilor de catre autoritatea contractanta. Prin atribuirea contractului autoritatea contractanta urmareste desfasurarea actvitatii in conditii de eficienta si eficacitate, in vederea realizarii scopului pentru care a fost infiintata.
