Furnizare carburant auto pentru parcul auto motorină standard pentru autovehicule și pentru utilaje motorină superioară pentru autovehicule benzină standard - pentru ambarcațiuni și utilaje si carduri pentru fiecare autovehicul, gratuit, fără plafon valoric și identificate prin numărul de înmatriculare al autovehiculului și numele achizitorului, conform caiet de sarcini Modalitate de atribuire: acordul cadru: Acordul cadru se va incheia cu un singur operator. Elemente specifice acordului cadru: -valoarea estimata acord cadru , lei fara TVA: min 3.298.176 lei - max 4.071.712 lei -valoarea estimata pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.017.928 lei fara TVA -frecventa contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite: anuală -estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime ale acordului-cadru: min 381.600 litri și maxim 471.200 litri -estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime ale unui singur contract subsecvent minim: 95.400 litri si maxim 117.800 litri Termene pentru depunerea / raspunsul entitatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari / informatii suplimentare: Entitatea contractanta stabileste urmatoarele termene de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificari: 1. Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire: 22 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficari/informatiilor suplimentare in măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunţul de participare : 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 3. Entitatatea contractantă menţionează că va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit in Anuntul de participare. 4. La solicitarile adresate dupa acest termen limita stabilit, entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde.
