Promitentul-achizitor are dreptul de a diminua cantitatea de produse pe parcursul derulării prezentului acord-cadru, în funcție de necesitățile sale. Ajustarea preţului acordului-cadru: Nu este posibilă ajustarea preţului acordului-cadru. Pretul unitar în lei al produsului este ferm şi nemodificabil pe toată perioada de derulare a acordului-cadru. Furnizare Produse de papetărie Acord cadru 2 ani (24 luni), conform caietului de sarcini.
