Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z przygotowaniem wniosków o decyzje administracyjne, umożliwiająca realizację zadania pn.: „Maleszów - budowa zbiornika retencyjnego gm. Kondratowice”. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1. Prace geodezyjne i kartograficzne, 2. Opracowanie modeli hydraulicznych zgodnie z rozdziałem 8.2. OPZ Wytyczne dotyczące opracowania modeli hydraulicznych na potrzeby inwestycji, 3. Dokumentację geologiczną wraz z badaniami podłoża, 4. Wykonanie opinii ichtiologicznej, 5. Opracowanie Raportu oddziaływania przedsięwzięcia na środowisko, 6. Przygotowanie projektu Wniosku, pod podpis Zamawiającego, wraz z niezbędną dokumentacją o Decyzję o uwarunkowaniach środowiskowych, 7. Opracowanie Operatu wodnoprawnego , 8. Przygotowanie projektu Wniosku, pod podpis Zamawiającego, wraz z niezbędną dokumentacją o Decyzję o pozwoleniu wodnoprawną, 9. Przygotowanie projektu budowlanego, 10. Przygotowanie i złożenie wraz z niezbędną dokumentacją Wniosku o Decyzję o pozwoleniu na realizację inwestycji (PNRI) w oparciu o Specustawę oraz jej uzyskanie, 11. Przygotowanie projektu wykonawczego, 12. Przedmiar robót, 13. Kosztorys inwestorski, 14. Specyfikację techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót, 15. Pozyskanie wymaganych prawem uzgodnień wynikających z przepisów odrębnych, 16. Opracowanie materiałów do postępowania przetargowego na wyłonienie wykonawcy robót budowlanych, 17. Pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w trakcie realizacji robót. Celem prac projektowych jest sporządzenie kompletnej, z punktu widzenia celu jakim jest uzyskanie decyzji zezwalającej na realizację inwestycji w zakresie budowli przeciwpowodziowych. Zakres wszystkich prac projektowych i przedprojektowych ma doprowadzić do uzyskania decyzji o pozwoleniu na realizację inwestycji zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 8 lipca 2010 r. o szczególnych zasadach przygotowania do realizacji inwestycji w zakresie budowli przeciwpowodziowych (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1812 z późn. zm.). Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ - Tabela prac projektowych. Zamawiający wymaga gwarancji dotyczącej przedmiotu zamówienia wynoszącej 24 miesiące. Przed złożeniem oferty Zamawiający przewiduje: • możliwość odbycia przez Wykonawców wizji lokalnej w obrębie przedmiotu zamówienia, • możliwość sprawdzenia przez Wykonawców dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia dostępnych na miejscu u Zamawiającego. Każdy z Wykonawców powinien indywidualnie ustalić termin wizji lokalnej w terenie lub wizyty w siedzibie Zamawiającego z Panią Beata Głuchowską tel. 71/33 78 841 lub Panem Witoldem Gwizdalskim tel. (071) 33 78 976.
