Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przekład z języka angielskiego libretta musicalu p.t „Wielki Gatsby” („The Great Gatsby”)” wraz z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych na zamawiającego. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do wykonania tłumaczenia libretta musicalu na język polski z zachowaniem znaczenia, charakteru oraz wartości artystycznych oryginalnego utworu. Tłumaczenie powinno wiernie oddawać treść i zamysł autora, a także - w zakresie, w jakim jest to możliwe - zachować rytm, metrum, układ wersów, rymy, kadencję oraz budowę zwrotek, tak aby odpowiadało wymogom wykonania scenicznego i muzycznego. Tłumaczenie powinno być oryginalnym utworem - opracowaniem oryginalnego utworu w języku polskim, nie posiadać wad prawnych oraz nie naruszać praw autorskich, ani dóbr osobistych osób trzecich.
