1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pozostałego sprzętu kwaterunkowego, z podziałem na III części: • Część I - dostawa mebli biurowych, • Część II - dostawa sprzętu koszarowego, • Część III - dostawa foteli obrotowych i krzeseł biurowych, 2. Na podstawie art. 441 ust. 1 Ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie prawa opcji. 3. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: • Część I: Elbląg, Olsztyn, Giżycko, Węgorzewo, Gołdap, Białystok, • Część II: Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg, Wilkowo, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok, Suwałki, Bemowo Piskie, • Część III: Olsztyn, Elbląg, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok. 4. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczone wyroby na okres: minimum 24 - maksimum 36 miesięcy od daty dostawy; 5. Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego: do dnia 30.11.2023 r. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia w części III postępowania jest dostawa foteli obrotowych i krzeseł biurowych: 1) fotel biurowy obrotowy na metalowej podstawie z regulowanym podnoszeniem - wyściełany, w ilości 40 szt.; 2) fotel biurowy obrotowy na metalowej podstawie z regulowanym podnoszeniem - wyściełany, w ilości 25 szt.; 3) krzesło obrotowe na metalowej podstawie z regulowanym podnoszeniem - wyściełane, w ilości 300 szt.; 4) krzesło biurowe na metalowej podstawie - wyściełane, w ilości 325 szt.; 5) krzesło biurowe na metalowej podstawie - twarde, w ilości 1210 szt.; 2. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczone wyroby na okres: minimum 24 - maksimum 36 miesięcy od daty dostawy; 3. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: Olsztyn, Elbląg, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok. 4. Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego: do dnia 30.11.2023 r..
