Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa budynku garażowego dla pojazdów kołowych i gąsienicowych wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisano w załącznikach nr 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 do SWZ. 2. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: teren zamknięty - al. Wojska Polskiego, Morąg, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie. 3. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na przedmiot umowy, tj. wykonane roboty i zamontowane urządzenia na okres: minimum 36 - maksimum 60 miesięcy. 4. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczony sprzęt i wyposażenie na okres: 60 miesięcy. 5. Okres rękojmi: 60 miesięcy - według art. 568 § 1 K.C. 6. Okres gwarancji nasadzeń zamiennych: 36 miesięcy. 7. Wykonawca od daty przekazania obiektu do użytkowania przez 60 miesięcy prowadzić będzie nieodpłatną konserwację i przeglądy: bram wjazdowych, suwnicy, pompy (kanalizacja sanitarna), nagrzewnic powietrza, instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, instalacji odciągu spalin, instalacji detekcji tlenku węgla, instalacji klimatyzacji, instalacji sprężonego powietrza, instalacji osuszania dynamicznego, technologii kotłowni, instalacji fotowoltaicznej oraz systemu sygnalizacji alarmu pożaru. 8. Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego: - minimum 514 dni od daty podpisania umowy, - maksimum 606 dni od daty podpisania umowy.
