Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przebudowa z rozbudową i zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku nr 64 wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. W ramach inwestycji wykonane zostaną: roboty rozbiórkowe; przebudowa ścian; część stropów; cały stropodach; termomodernizacja budynku; wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; roboty wykończeniowe; nawierzchnia parkingów; ciągów pieszych i ciągów pieszo-jezdnych; wiat; ogrodzenia; przyłączy i instalacji sanitarnych, elektrycznych i teletechnicznych oraz systemów alarmowych. W ramach zadania należy dokonać wycinki drzew zgodnie z projektem inwentaryzacji zieleni i gospodarki drzewostanem. Nasadzenia zamienne należy wykonać zgodnie z załączoną specyfikacją techniczną - nasadzenia drzew/krzewów na terenach kompleksów wojskowych oraz decyzją na wycinkę. Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisano w załącznikach nr 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 i 8 do SWZ. 2. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na przedmiot umowy: minimum 36 miesięcy - maksimum 60 miesięcy. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na dostarczony sprzęt i wyposażenie na okres: minimum 24 miesiące - maksimum 36 miesięcy. Okres gwarancji i pielęgnacji nasadzeń zamiennych: 36 miesięcy od dnia nasadzenia. Okres rękojmi: 60 miesięcy - wg art. 568 § 1 K.C. 3. Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego: minimum 1065 dni od daty podpisania umowy, maksimum 1156 dni od daty podpisania umowy.
