Description
Clackmannanshire Council is undertaking a transformation of its social work services. The introduction of a modern Social Work Information Technology (SWIT) Case Management System (CMS) is central to this change, driven by the Council’s commitment to improving service delivery, enhancing data integrity, and ensuring long-term sustainability. The Implementation Support Provider (ISP) will play a critical role in embedding the new CMS within the council’s operational environment. The Supplier for the new CMS has not been selected yet but the ISP will need to work with the chosen supplier.
