Description

The contract is for inclusion on a framework for the provision of kitchen, bath/ shower room, WC replacements, related accessories and associated works. The initial contract period which is 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2027, with options to extend the framework contract solely at the Employer’s discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 30th June 2030. A comprehensive itemised description of the contract requirements and addresses is contained within this Specification of Works. It should be noted that prices and rates for works not envisaged in year 1, but which may be required in potential future years, are included in the pricing schedule.
