Summary

Machine-generated summary

This call for tenders concerns the renovation and modernisation of the Havre Caumartin metro station, which will be carried out while the station is closed to the public. The macro lot covers structural and finishing works (Gros-Œuvre / Second-Œuvre), low voltage electrical works, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing works in the ticket hall, accesses and circulation areas, as detailed in the contract documents. The successful contractor, as the majority occupant of the station, must centralise storage areas for other lots and organise incoming and outgoing logistics flows through the station openings and the L3 or L9 platform work trains, planning deliveries, storage, loading zones and personnel routes without disturbing other lots. Partnerships with the sheltered and adapted employment sector (EA or ESAT) and/or the work integration sector (EI, ACI) are encouraged and will be taken into account in offer evaluation.
