Le présent avis vise à établir des accords-cadres à bon de commandes, multi-attributaires, alloti, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 14 600 000 € HT pour l’ensemble du Groupe RATP, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations de recherche, accompagnement, négociation, réservation jusqu’à la réalisation de l’évènement et toutes prestations de suivi administratif et opérationnel annexes à destination de publics internes (collaborateurs, managers, directions) ou externes (usagers, institutions, partenaires, médias). Les prestations se décomposent comme suit : Lot 1 : Prestations de réservation de lieux par l’intermédiaire d’une agence d’intermédiation ou Venue Finder. Lot 2 : Prestations de mise à disposition en direct de lieux ou Venue Manager. La date de démarrage des prestations est prévue pour le second trimestre 2026. Les accords-cadres sont valables pour la RATP EPIC et toutes ses filiales autorisées. Le présent avis vise à établir un accord cadre à bon de commandes, multiattributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 11 700 000 €, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations de conseil, la recherche et la mise à disposition de lieux (comme l’assistance apportée aux demandeurs RATP sur les lieux et la veille commerciale du marché fournisseurs, le référencement de nouveaux lieux), la réservation, l’achat et la négociation et la régularisation administrative et comptable des dossiers, au travers d'une agence d'intermédiation. Cet accord-cadre est valable pour RATP EPIC et toutes ses Directions, ainsi que ses filiales autorisées. La date de démarrage des prestations est prévue pour le premier semestre 2027. Le nombre moyen de dossiers / réservations par an est estimé à 800.; Le présent avis vise à établir un accord-cadre d'accords-cadres à bon de commandes, multi-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 2 900 000 €, ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations de conseil, la recherche et la mise à disposition de lieux en direct (comme l’assistance apportée aux demandeurs RATP sur les lieux et la veille commerciale du marché fournisseurs, le référencement de nouveaux lieux), la réservation, l’achat et la négociation et la régularisation administrative et comptable des dossiers. Le détail des prestations attendues sont précisées en annexe 2 du projet d'accord-cadre. Le présent lot sera attribué à 3 titulaires. Le nombre moyen de dossiers / réservations par an est estimé à 200.
